Selecting a Reputable Remodeling Contractor
Important questions to ask when selecting a remodeling contractor:

long has the company been in business?
- Does
the company have a physical office and business address? Has
the business or individual ever filed for bankruptcy?
- Does
the company belong to any trade or consumer protection organizations?
- Does the company have prior current references from at least 5
customers?
- Does
the company carry liability and workman’s compensation insurance?
- Do
their trade partners / subcontractors carry liability and workman’s compensation
insurance?
- Is
the company licensed in the township and/or municipality?
- Does
the company specialize in the work you want to have done?
How
long does the company warranty the work to be performed?
