Initial consultation: Our initial consultation is free and gives us a chance to review the scope of the project you壇 like to complete, along with ideas and feasibility. We値l also provide you with our portfolio and references, and talk through the budget along with rough estimated costs.
Design: During the design phase, we値l extensively survey existing conditions and do an in-depth interview with you, reviewing magazines and collecting pictures and ideas for the way you want the finished product to look. We値l create a schematic design, visit showrooms with you to make material selections, draw up plans and provide you with a detailed estimate and proposal.
Contract: After the contract is signed, we値l review the construction schedule with you so you know exactly what to expect and there are no surprises along the way.
Construction: During construction, we値l protect your home with dust barriers and ensure that all floors and surfaces are covered. We値l clean up at the end of each day and keep you informed with regular meetings along the way. Together we値l review everything and come up with a final punch list to complete the project.
Post construction: When we池e done, we値l make sure you have the warranties you need along with pictures of the project. If you have any questions or need support, we値l be there.
