to construction, quality control and completion, Dan is involved in every
aspect of his business. His attention to organization, detail, quality and safety
are key factors in exceeding client goals and expectations, every time.
Dan was born in Colombia, South America. While living and
traveling extensively throughout the globe, Dan was exposed to remodeling at an
early age as his parents developed a knack for purchasing and renovating
dilapidated properties. While living in
Europe, Dan enjoyed visiting his grandparent’s real estate business and
construction ventures. Dan’s passion for construction became evident after
working on a residential renovation project in Bahamas, one summer. With over twenty-two years of professional
experience, Dan has been involved in hundreds of projects ranging from small
repairs to multi-million dollar renovations and new construction. Dan has
consistently proved his ability to complete challenging projects on time and
within budget while working for some of Philadelphia’s leading building and
real estate development firms.
Dan graduated from Cabrini College in Radnor, Pennsylvania with
a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration; he also holds a Certification
in Construction Management from Temple University. Dan is a member of the
National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) and is an accredited
Certified Kitchen & Bath Remodeler (CKBR). To meet the challenges of a fast
paced and evolving industry, Dan hones his skills and building techniques
through continuing education programs.
Dan currently resides in
Narberth and is the proud father of a young son (Sam).
